Leemoflam-MR 100mg/500mg/2mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines used in the treatment of muscular pain. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). It also relaxes the muscles and provides relief from stiffness or spasm.

Leemoflam-MR 100mg/500mg/2mg Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by the doctor.

The most common side effects of this medicine include vomiting, nausea, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and weakness. If any of these side effects bother you or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the side effects.

Before taking it, you should let your doctor know if you have a history of ulcer or bleeding in your stomach, high blood pressure, or have any trouble with your heart, kidneys, or liver. It is advisable to continue taking Leemoflam-MR 100mg/500mg/2mg Tablet until your doctor advises you to stop.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer) and Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause fever and pain respectively. Tizanidine is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.

• This medicine is most effective when taken along with proper rest and physical therapy.
• Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Leemoflam-MR 100mg/500mg/2mg Tablet as it may cause excessive drowsiness and increase the risk of liver damage.
• Older adults may have increased drowsiness, confusion, and higher risk of falling as a result of taking Leemoflam-MR 100mg/500mg/2mg Tablet.
• Do not take it with any other medicine containing acetaminophen (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first.
