ZP 80mg Tablet is used to relieve pain and treat fever. It alleviates pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, and gout. It may also be used to relieve muscle pain, joint pain, headache, toothache, and menstrual cramps.

ZP 80mg Tablet may be taken with or without food. In general, you should try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms, for the shortest possible time. You should take this medicine regularly while you need it. Try not to miss doses as it will become less effective if you do.

The common side effects of this medicine include vomiting, nausea, indigestion, and heartburn. If any of these side effects do not resolve with time or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the symptoms.

This medicine is generally considered safe but is not suitable for everybody. Before you take it, you should tell your doctor if you have kidney problems, asthma, blood disorders, or drink a lot of alcohol. Take it as it is prescribed to get the most benefit. Do not take more or for longer than needed as that can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time.

Fever
ZP 80mg Tablet is used to reduce a high temperature (fever). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever. It may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. ZP 80mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Avoid ZP 80mg Tablet with Vitamin K rich food such as spinach, collards, broccoli, spring onions, cucumber and dried basil.

• Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking ZP 80mg Tablet.

• Avoid consuming alcohol while taking ZP 80mg Tablet as it can increase your risk of stomach problems.

• Inform your doctor if you have a history of heart disease or stroke.

• Your doctor may regularly monitor your kidney function, liver function and levels of blood components if you are taking this medicine for long-term treatment.
