Ventil Forte 4mg/200mg Tablet is taken without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. • You have been prescribed Ventil Forte 4mg/200mg Tablet for the treatment of asthma.
• It should be taken at the same time each day, preferably in the evening after food.
• It does not work right away and should not be used to relieve sudden breathing problems. Always keep a fast-acting (rescue) inhaler with you.
• Your doctor may get regular blood tests done to make sure that you are taking the right dose.
• Your doctor may regularly monitor your blood potassium levels. Inform your doctor if you notice muscle twitching or weakness, or an irregular heartbeat.
• Do not stop taking the medicine without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better.
