Tramalor Plus Tablet SR is a pain relieving medicine. It is used to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It is also be used to relieve fever, muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat.

Tramalor Plus Tablet SR should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for longer duration than recommended by your doctor.

Tramalor Plus Tablet SR is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Tramadol, which relieves severe pain. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tramadol is an opioid which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

• It should be taken with, or straight after, a meal or snack. This helps to reduce the risk of stomach upset.
• Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea).
• Keep sipping water or have sugar-free gum in order to relieve dryness in the mouth.
• You might experience nausea, ask your doctor to prescribe you an antiemetic (anti-sickness medicine) if it troubles you.
• Inform your doctor if you have a history of depression or taking any anti-depressants.
• Seek medical attention right away if you have symptoms, such as agitation, hallucinations, sweating, shivering, fast heart rate, muscle stiffness, twitching, or loss of coordination.
