Telmizem 20 Tablet is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and prevent heart attack and stroke. It is also given for conditions such as heart failure and diabetic nephropathy. This tablet contains telmisartan, an angiotensin-receptor blocker, which relaxes blood vessels, making it easier for the heart to pump blood through them. It helps relieve symptoms of hypertension and improves how well the heart pumps blood.

Telmizem 20 Tablet should be taken as advised by your doctor. You can take it once a day with or without food. Depending on your medical condition, you might be prescribed this medicine in combination with other antihypertensive agents.
