Tapcidol ER 50 Tablet

Tapcidol ER 50 Tablet is used to treat moderate to severe pain. It effectively alleviates pain when other treatments fail to relieve your pain or you cannot tolerate them.

Tapcidol ER 50 Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. The addiction/habit-forming potential of this medicine is very high.

Nausea, drowsiness, vomiting and dizziness are some of the side effects of this medicine. Inform your doctor if you have any problems related to heart, liver or kidney. Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to conceive or breastfeeding.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

• Nausea
• Sleepiness

• Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk)

Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Insert the bottle tip into one nostril and close the other nostril. Direct the spray towards the sides of your nostril, away from the cartilage dividing the two sides of your nose. As you spray, breath gently and keep the head upright. Repeat the same process for the other nostrils.

Tapcidol ER 50 Tablet decreases the perception of pain by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain.

• The addiction / habit-forming potential of Tapcidol ER 50 Tablet is very high. Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Use caution while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as Tapcidol ER 50 Tablet can cause dizziness and sleepiness.
• While taking this medication, avoid alcohol in all forms including beer, wine, aftershave lotions, mouthwash, vinegar, certain desserts, colognes, and liquid medications.
• Inform your doctor if you have asthma, liver, kidney or pancreatic disease, or are severely constipated.
