Semiroff 25mg Capsule is a pain-relieving medicine. It helps relieve pain and reduces swelling, pain, and redness in various joint conditions such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. It is also used for the treatment of migraine and menstrual pain.

Semiroff 25mg Capsule can be taken with or without food. The dose depends on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor and should not take more or use it for longer than recommended.

The most common side effects of this medicine include abdominal pain, upper respiratory infection, diarrhea, heartburn, nausea, and headache. These are not usually serious but if you are worried, ask your doctor about ways of reducing or preventing them.

You should not take this medicine if you have had a recent heart attack. Before taking it, you should let your doctor know if you have a history of ulcer or bleeding in your stomach, high blood pressure, or have any trouble with your heart, kidneys, or liver. Take it as it is prescribed to get the most benefit. Do not take more or for longer than needed as that can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time. This will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Semiroff 25mg Capsule is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) called COX-2 inhibitors. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

• It may cause fewer stomach problems as compared to other NSAIDs like Ibuprofen or Naproxen.

• It may cause dizziness and fatigue. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.

• Do not consume alcohol while on treatment with this medicine as it may cause excessive drowsiness.

• Regularly monitor your blood pressure while taking this medicine, particularly in the first two weeks after starting treatment.

• Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, heart diseases, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease.

• During long-term treatment, your doctor may want to take regular blood tests to monitor your liver function.

• Do not take Semiroff 25mg Capsule if you are pregnant, planning to conceive, or breastfeeding.
