Remcox ZH Kid Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of tuberculosis. It prevents the growth of the microorganisms that cause the infection. It also protects the nerves from the side effects that may occur during the course of the treatment.

Remcox ZH Kid Tablet is a prescription medicine and it is to be taken it as suggested by the doctor. It should be taken in an empty stomach and take it at a fixed time to ensure better efficacy. Remcox ZH Kid Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Pyrazinamide, isoniazid, rifampicin and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) which treat tuberculosis (TB). Pyrazinamide works by slowing the growth of TB bacteria. Isoniazid prevents the TB bacteria from forming their own protective covering, while rifampicin works by inactivating a bacterial enzyme (RNA-polymerase) which is required by these bacteria to make essential proteins and to reproduce. Together, they kill the bacteria and eradicate the infection. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is added to prevent nerve damage which may be a side effect of isoniazid.

• Remcox ZH Kid Tablet must be taken on an empty stomach at the same time every day.
• Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping it early may make the infection come back and harder to treat.
• Discontinue Remcox ZH Kid Tablet and inform your doctor immediately if you get a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or have difficulty in breathing.
• It is advisable to drink plenty of fluids and a healthy diet while taking the medicine.
• It may cause dizziness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how medicine affects you.
