Pre Aocin 75mg/60mg Tablet SR is a combination of two medicines. It is used in the treatment of pain caused due to nerve damage (neuropathic pain).

Pre Aocin 75mg/60mg Tablet SR can be taken with or without food, but it is important to take this medicine at the same time each day to get the most benefit. The exact dose and duration of treatment will depend on your condition and how you respond to it. Your doctor will probably start this medicine at a low dose and increase it gradually. It may take a few weeks for the medicine to work properly. Follow your doctor's instructions and continue taking it regularly until your doctor advises you to stop. Do not miss any dose, otherwise, your condition may worsen.

The side effects of this medicine are usually mild and go away by themselves. The most common ones are feeling sleepy or dizzy, dryness in the mouth, blurred vision, weight gain, edema (swelling over the whole body), and difficulty in concentrating. Most side effects are not serious and do not need medical attention. Talk to your doctor about potential side effects and ways in which you might prevent or cope with them.

Before taking the medicine you should tell your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant. It also improves nerve conduction and enhances the quality of life.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Pre Aocin 75mg/60mg Tablet SR is a combination of two medicines: Pregabalin and Etoricoxib. Pregabalin is an antiepileptic medication and belives to block pain by interfering with pain signals traveling through the damaged nerves and the brain. Etoricoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) called COX-2 inhibitors. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

• Pre Aocin 75mg/60mg Tablet SR should be taken as per the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor.

• Do not skip any dose and finish the complete course even if you feel better.

• It may cause sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.

• It may cause blurring or loss of vision. Inform your doctor immediately if you notice any vision changes.

• During long-term treatment, your doctor may want to take regular blood tests to monitor your liver function.
