It is also used to treat fungal infections of fingernails and toenails (an infection that may cause nail discoloration, splitting, and pain). It slowly kills the fungi causing infection, and over time, the infected nail is replaced by new, healthy nail growth. Paxbro Cream might take on average up to six months if you are using it for fingernail infection and if you are suffering from toe fungus, treatment can take between 9 and 12 months to be successful.

Paxbro Cream contains Amorolfine and Phenoxyethanol, which treat fungal skin infections. Amorolfine is an antifungal medicine which stops the growth of fungi on the skin or nails by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Phenoxyethanol is a preservative.

• Keep using the medicine even after the symptoms of the infection have cleared up to prevent it from coming back.

• Avoid getting in the eyes, nose, or mouth. If accidental exposure occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

• When using for nail infections, avoid the use of nail varnishes and artificial nails. Do not share your nail-filer to prevent the spread of infection.

• Inform your doctor if the infection has not cleared up after 5 days of treatment.

• Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.
