Ferbino XT Tablet

Ferbino XT Tablet has a combination of medicines which is used in the treatment of iron deficiency. It works by replenishing the iron stores in your body and corrects iron deficiency (anemia) by enhancing the absorption of iron in the body. It also helps in the formation of red blood cells.

Ferbino XT Tablet can be taken with or without food. Intake of dairy products with this medicine should be avoided. It should be used in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. This medicine should not be consumed more than the recommended dose.

This is usually a safe medicine with very minimal side effects. Some of the most common side effects of this medicine may be dark-colored stools or stomach upset. Contact your doctor immediately if you notice any symptoms of allergic reactions like swelling, itching, difficulty in breathing, hives, etc.

Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have any other health conditions. Inform your doctor if you are taking any other medicines or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is advised not to consume alcohol after taking this medicine.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ferbino XT Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Avoid Ferbino XT Tablet with dairy products such as milk, cheese, curd, butter, paneer and ice cream.

• Ferbino XT Tablet is given to improve the level of iron in the body.
• It is better to take Ferbino XT Tablet after a meal in order to reduce stomach discomfort.
• Let your doctor know if you are taking any antibiotics.
• Inform your doctor if you have any gastrointestinal disorders like peptic ulcers or ulcerative colitis.
• Iron supplements can make your stools look darker in color. This is completely harmless.
• Ferbino XT Tablet can cause constipation, try to eat a well-balanced diet and drink several glasses of water each day.
