Enlik D 50 mg/325 mg/32.5 mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol and Dextropropoxyphene. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) as well as an antipyretic (fever reducer). Diclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID). Together, both of them work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain. Dextropropoxyphene is an opioid analgesic ( very strong pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower the pain perception.
