Dutypan O 40mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines which is used in the treatment of nausea and vomiting. It is used only when prescribed by a doctor. This medicine works by controlling the acidity and altering the chemicals in the brain that trigger nausea or vomiting.

Dutypan O 40mg/10mg Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Take it on an empty stomach, but try taking it at a fixed time each day. Remember you should not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor. In case you vomit within one hour of taking a dose, then take another dose and avoid heavy meals throughout the day. Before taking this medicine, it is better to inform your doctor if you have any liver disease as the dose of your medicine may need adjustment. Your doctor may regularly monitor your liver enzymes, especially when the medicine is prescribed for a long time.

It is a well-tolerated and safe medicine and has a very low incidence of any harmful effects.
