Divorel AS 50mg/500mg/20mg Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat muscle pain. It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation. It also relaxes the muscles in the stomach or intestines and relieves cramps and pain.

Divorel AS 50mg/500mg/20mg Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by the doctor.

Using this medicine may cause some common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and dryness in the mouth. If you experience any other symptoms which you think is caused by the medicine, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the side effects.

It is advisable to continue taking Divorel AS 50mg/500mg/20mg Tablet until your doctor advises you to stop. Along with medications, you can also do some light exercises or physical therapy to get relief from pain.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Divorel AS 50mg/500mg/20mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Chlorzoxazone and Dicyclomine. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (swelling). Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and improve movement of muscles. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic which relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine) and relieves cramps and pain.

• You have been prescribed Divorel AS 50mg/500mg/20mg Tablet to get relief from pain and stiffness in the muscles.
• Along with taking Divorel AS 50mg/500mg/20mg Tablet, your doctor might advise you to undergo physiotherapy to get relief from pain.
• You might experience nausea, ask your doctor to prescribe you an antiemetic (anti-sickness medicine) if it troubles you.
• Inform your doctor if you have a history of seizures, heart disease, or stroke.
• Liver problems may occur while you are using this medicine. Stop using this medicine and check with your doctor right away if you are having more than one of these symptoms: abdominal pain, clay-colored stools, dark urine, fever, itching, loss of appetite, tiredness, or yellow eyes or skin.
