Dexapin 1%/0.10% Eye Drop is to be used only in the affected eye in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. Wash your hands before using this medicine. Atropine is an anticholinergic medicine which works by making the pupil of your eye larger and relaxing the muscles in your eye. Dexamethasone is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy.
