Colipress Tablet helps to treat abdominal pain. It relaxes the muscles in the stomach or intestine and stops sudden muscle contractions, thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.

Colipress Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Depending on the severity of your underlying illness, your doctor will decide the precise dose. Do not take more or use it for longer than recommended.

It may cause side effects like nausea, dryness in the mouth, and dizziness in some patients. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. • You have been prescribed Colipress Tablet to relieve abdominal pain.
• Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea).
• Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help.
• Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking Colipress Tablet.
• If you develop any new symptoms, or if your symptoms get worse, make an appointment to see your doctor for further advice.
