How Clairmel Cream works
Clairmel Cream is a combination of six medicines. Tranexamic Acid is an anti- fibrinolytic. It protects the skin from UV radiation and reduces pigmentation. Kojic Acid is also an anti-pigmentation medicine. It works by suppressing the formation of melanin, a pigment that gives color to the skin. Arbutin is a natural skin lightening/whitening agent that reduces the production of melanin (skin pigment). Magnesium and Vitamin E provides essential nutrients. Mulberry extract is an antioxidant. It prevents premature aging and reduces wrinkles. This is how treats melasma.

- It is advisable to use a mild soap and lukewarm water to wash with. Always dry the area gently with a towel before applying this medicine.
- It is usually recommended that you use it twice each day, in the morning and the evening.
- Along with the application of this medicine, use sunscreen (with minimum SPF 15), wear long-sleeved clothing, sunglasses, hat whenever you step outside in the hot sun for better protection.
- As you apply Clairmel Cream, try to avoid getting it on the sensitive areas of your skin in or around your nostrils, eyes, and mouth. Do not apply it to any areas of skin that are irritated or sore.
