Bi Meningo Vaccine is used to prevent meningococcal disease. It is recommended in regions of endemic infection, travelers to countries with epidemic meningococcal disease, or in people living in close contact with patients/carriers of Meningococcal Group A & C.

Bi Meningo Vaccine contains Meningococcal Polysaccharide A & C Vaccine which helps develop immunity by initiating a mild infection. This type of infection does not cause illness but stimulates the body's immune system to produce antibodies (proteins) to protect against any future infections. It also contains Lactose, that is added to the vaccine as a stabilizer for the solution.

• Immunity is conferred for three years after administration of single dose of Bi Meningo Vaccine.

• You can apply ice pack on the injection site if you experience pain and redness.
