How Atrisol Eye Drop works
Atrisol Eye Drop is a combination of three medicines: Atropine, Chlorbutol, and Prednisolone. Atropine is an anticholinergic medicine which works by making the pupil of your eye larger and relax the muscles in your eye. Chlorbutol is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy.

- To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye or any other surface.
- After applying Atrisol Eye Drop, close your eyes, and place one finger at the corner of your eye. Apply gentle pressure for 1 to 2 minutes before opening your eyes. This will prevent the medication from draining out. Try not to blink or rub your eye.
- If you are using any other eye drops or eye ointments, leave 5-10 minutes between applying each one.
- Do not wear contact lenses until your eyes are completely healed.
- Atrisol Eye Drop will cause blurred vision which may last for some time. Make sure you can see clearly again before you drive and before you use tools or machines.
