Arpa Plus Tablet is a pain relieving medicine. It is used to relieve pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It is also used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat.

How Arpa Plus Tablet works
Arpa Plus Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol and Magnesium Trisilicate which relieve pain. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Magnesium Trisilicate is an inorganic salt which reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Ibuprofen.
