Lidocaine + Sucralfate is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of piles. It relieves redness, itching, swelling, irritation, and promotes healing of piles. It also decreases the sensation of pain by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain.

Lidocaine + Sucralfate is for rectal route only. Use it in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Use it regularly to get maximum benefits from the medicine. Do not apply too much or too often. If you apply a large amount, your body may absorb too much of the medicine and cause some side effects. On application, it may cause numbness or application site reactions such as burning, irritation, itching, and redness. These are temporary and usually resolve with time. In the case of direct contact, wash them thoroughly with plenty of water.
