• Avoid taking antacids 2 hours before or after taking Clonazepam + Paroxetine as they make it harder for your body to absorb the medicine.
• Inform your doctor immediately if you get thoughts about harming yourself or ending your life.
• If you have diabetes, you will be asked to monitor your blood glucose level regularly as this medicine may affect the levels of sugar in your blood.
