Aceclofenac (NA) + Paracetamol (NA) + Serratiopeptidase (NA) + Tizanidine (NA) is a medicine which helps in relieving muscle pain. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). It also relaxes the muscles and provides relief from stiffness or spasm.

Your doctor will advise how much Aceclofenac (NA) + Paracetamol (NA) + Serratiopeptidase (NA) + Tizanidine (NA) you need to take. It can be taken with or without food. You should take the medicine regularly while you do need it and try not to miss doses as it will become less effective.

Using this medicine may cause few side effects such as sleepiness, vomiting, stomach pain, nausea, and dryness in the mouth. • Do not take it with any other medicine containing acetaminophen (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first.
• Do not stop taking it suddenly without talking to your doctor if you've been on it for a long time.
